By using Builder Tasklist during the private beta, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that Builder Tasklist is currently in a beta testing phase, and may include unfinished or experimental features.
You agree to treat all information about the app — including its functionality, design, workflow, and features — as confidential.
You will not share screenshots, videos, feedback, or information about the app with any competitors, press/media, or third-party individuals or organizations not directly involved in the beta process.
You will not post or discuss details of the app publicly, including on social media, forums, blogs, or public reviews.
You acknowledge that participation in this beta does not grant you any ownership or rights to the underlying intellectual property of Builder Tasklist.
You agree to use the app in good faith and provide honest feedback through the approved beta feedback channels provided by the Builder Tasklist team.

Violating these terms may result in removal from the beta program and potential further action.
